These Promotions & Offers Terms ("Promotion Terms") apply to all promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, sales campaigns and special offers provided by Vita Nutrition Group LTD on vitanutrition.co.uk, unless stated otherwise.

By participating in any promotion or using a promotional code, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. General

All promotions are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.

Unless expressly stated, promotions:

  • Are available for a limited time only
  • Are subject to stock availability
  • Cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

2. Discount Codes & Coupon Codes

Discount codes:

  • Are valid only for the period stated
  • May be subject to minimum spend requirements
  • May be limited to specific products or categories
  • May be limited to one use per customer
  • May be limited to one use per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of any discount code if we reasonably believe it is being misused, shared improperly or used in breach of these terms.

3. Promotional Pricing & Sales

Sale prices and promotional pricing:

  • Apply only during the stated promotional period
  • Are subject to change without notice
  • Apply only while stocks last

Once a promotion has ended, standard pricing will apply.

4. Free Gifts & Bundles

Where free gifts, bundles or promotional items are offered:

  • They are subject to availability
  • They may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value if unavailable
  • They are available only while stocks last

Free gifts have no cash value and are non-refundable.

5. Returns on Promotional Orders

If you return products purchased as part of a promotion:

  • Refunds will be based on the promotional price paid
  • Any free gifts must also be returned in new and unused condition

If free gifts are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the free gift from any refund.

All returns remain subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Exclusions

Certain products, subscriptions, bundles or limited-edition items may be excluded from promotions at our discretion.

Any exclusions will be clearly stated in the promotional materials where applicable.

7. Errors & Misprints

In the event of a pricing error, typographical error or system error relating to a promotion, Vita Nutrition Group LTD reserves the right to:

  • Cancel affected orders
  • Correct the error
  • Refund any amounts paid

We shall not be obliged to honour incorrect prices or offers resulting from errors.

8. Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel promotions and refuse future promotional access to any customer where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Abuse of promotional codes
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Attempts to circumvent promotional limits
  • Breach of these Promotion Terms

9. Changes to Promotions

We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
