This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds for purchases made on vitanutrition.co.uk.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. 30-Day Return Period (UK Orders)

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original condition
  • In the same condition in which they were sent
  • In original, sealed packaging (where applicable)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food supplements that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless the product is faulty.

2. Free UK Returns

We offer FREE returns for UK orders.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Returns must be sent using the return method provided or approved by Vita Nutrition Group LTD.

3. International Returns

We do not accept returns for international orders.

For international customers, all sales are considered final unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

This is due to customs, shipping costs and regulatory restrictions.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be in a new, unused and resalable condition.

If a returned product is found to be:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Not in original condition

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the return, or
  • Issue a partial refund of 50% of the product value, to cover disposal and handling costs, or
  • Decline a refund entirely, where appropriate

5. Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically within 5–10 business days after inspection

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photographs where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or a full refund

in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to sealed food supplements once they have been opened.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food supplements
  • Products not in original sealed condition
  • International orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

9. Disposal & Handling Fee

If a returned product is deemed unsellable due to being opened, used, damaged or not in original condition, a disposal and handling fee of 50% of the product value will be applied.

This fee covers:

  • Safe and compliant disposal of food supplements
  • Handling and inspection costs
  • Regulatory and hygiene compliance

Where applicable, only 50% of the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs (if the item is faulty or damaged)

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
