This Shipping Policy explains how Vita Nutrition Group LTD processes and delivers orders placed on vitanutrition.co.uk.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within one (1) business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

2. UK Delivery – Premium Service

2.1 UK Delivery Service

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24®, a fully tracked delivery service.

This service aims to deliver your order within approximately one (1) business day after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2.2 Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

There are no hidden UK delivery fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price for UK delivery.

2.3 Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2.4 Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates provided by Royal Mail.

2.5 Delivery Attempts & Safe Place

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they may:

  • Attempt re-delivery
  • Leave the parcel in a designated safe place
  • Take the parcel to a local delivery office for customer collection

Where a parcel is marked as delivered by Royal Mail, Vita Nutrition Group LTD is not responsible for loss, theft or damage once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

2.6 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct and complete.

Vita Nutrition Group LTD shall not be responsible for delays, losses or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Incomplete address information
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer error

Additional charges may apply for re-dispatching parcels.

2.7 Peak Periods & Service Disruptions

During peak periods (including Black Friday, Christmas, Bank Holidays and promotional events), dispatch and delivery times may be extended.

We make every reasonable effort to meet stated dispatch targets but cannot guarantee delivery timeframes during these periods.

2.8 Risk & Title (UK)

Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon delivery as confirmed by Royal Mail.

Title to goods passes to the customer upon full payment being received.

3. International Delivery

3.1 International Shipping Fee

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

A flat international shipping fee of £15.00 GBP applies to all international orders.

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

3.2 International Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary depending on destination, local postal services and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

3.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, customers are solely responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Clearance or handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Vita Nutrition Group LTD is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, refused deliveries or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.

3.4 Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

If an international shipment is:

  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct original shipping costs
  • Deduct any return shipping or handling fees
  • Refund the product value only, where applicable

4. Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact:

We will liaise with Royal Mail or the relevant courier to investigate. However, Vita Nutrition Group LTD cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for delays or losses outside our reasonable control.
